Meet Alexa
Born and raised on Star Island, Alexa has a unique experience with the surrounding area and Miami Beach in general, which has allowed her to specialize in a very selective market. As one of the first members of Fisher Island, Alexa has also developed a deep understanding of the Fisher Island community and market trends.
Alexa started her career with ONE Sotheby’s, as a main component of their leading team, The Waterfront Team. There she focused intensively on luxury waterfront properties in Miami Beach. After two years on the team she narrowed down her concentration to specialize in Star Island, Fisher Island, Indian Creek, Palm & Hibiscus Islands, and the Sunset and Venetian Islands. Her main clientele are international buyers due to her immersion in the European and Latin communities; a result of her extensive travels abroad. Alexa speaks English and Spanish, and is conversational in French.
Alexa has a diverse educational and business background. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of Miami and then continued on to New York University for a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in Health. After taking a turn away from medicine to pursue her entrepreneurial nature, she established herself in both the electronics and automotive manufacturing industries as the Vice President of a Miami-based company. Most recently, she has created her own line of tequilas and mezcals, which she launched in 2019. Alexa and her husband also build luxury waterfront homes with price tags starting around 25 million USD.
Alexa’s hobbies include ballroom dancing, golf, padel and tennis. She is the head of the Young Leadership Committee at Women of Tomorrow, a Miami-based mentorship and scholarship program designed to empower, motivate and inspire at-risk young women. As a Miami-native, and based on her unique personal, educational, and business endeavors, Alexa provides her clients with a complete understanding of the Miami community and is able to locate the perfect properties to fit their distinctive needs.
